While I love the option of different exercises, I opted to do the 28 day challenge. It does not move to the next day. I have had to do day one twice and then it shows I skipped day 2. I am now on day 7 but it won’t actually show me the workout for day 7. It is stuck on day 6 and will not let me pick that day. So I am working out to day 5 again. It also gives workouts that include gym equipment which I do not have. I paid to have this app and am disappointed so far with its abilities.

The exercises that were selected for my 28 day challenge are full of gym exercises and use equipment that no one at home would have. I am truly disappointed- I wanted a structure to build my at home routine but this isn’t it. I sit through multiple exercises that I can’t do without having gym equipment and I can’t seem to modify or change the routines I was given.

So when I say that it needs work and I think that it doesn’t listen very well I specifically win. It asked me the questions when I installed the app whether or not I was going to be doing this at home or at the gym I said at home, no equipment because I the only equipment I have is a yoga mat and small weights that does not mean I have a gym so the exercises that they do at the gym on are BS. And then on top of it it asks do you have any issues? I have a plastic kneecap so I put knee issues what does it give me almost every single day knee exercise exercises luckily I know Alternatives. DO BETTER. don’t say you can work for everyone if you’re not going to work with everyone.
