Congratulations, you have a phone. Unfortunately, your phone has… opinions.

Reclaim is a tiny, slightly judgmental bouncer for your most doom-scrollable apps. If you want to enter the Infinite Feed Casino™, you’ll need to do something real first. Like five push-ups. Or wiping the stove. Or drinking water like a carbon-based lifeform.

HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps that steal your soul (social, video, “just checking one thing,” etc.) • Reclaim blocks them by default. • Do a quick real-world task. • Earn usage minutes for those apps. • Your minutes only burn while you’re actually using the apps (not while you stare at your home screen thinking about your choices). • Run out of minutes? Back to reality. Touch grass optional, but encouraged.

TASKS THAT UNLOCK TIME • Wipe down the kitchen counters and the stove • Do 5 push-ups (knees count, we’re not monsters) • Take a 10-minute walk • Tidy one surface for 5 minutes • Drink a full glass of water • And more small, specific “adulting” side quests
