⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been using the ACE Score Test app on and off to better understand how negative childhood experiences can impact long-term health. It was strongly recommended to me by my son, and I have been truly impressed enjoying and learning the depth of insight it offers. What stands out most is the way the information is presented—gentle, thoughtful, and grounded in science The language used throughout the scores and explanations makes complex topics feel accessible and meaningful. I especially appreciate the strong emphasis on privacy. Knowing that my personal data remains on my own device gives me the freedom to explore more deeply each time I use the app. It feels like a very personal and supportive tool, designed for self-awareness and reflection. I have been giving 45 minutes to this app every time I use it, to orderly view all the themes. Congratulations to the developer, Gonzalo and to 210 Digital Marketing for creating such a rare gem—an app that combines child and adult psychology, science, knowledge, sensitivity, and a true respect for user privacy.

After reading about ACE tests I found this free app and decided to give the test a try. The questions were quick to answer and the test was easy yet quite effective. There was also another test called PCE, which I took as well. It also easy and quick. The summary given on both tests was quite informative. And there’s even a tab that lets me read the science and other facts about both of these tests, and how our past experiences can be correlated to our health and well being. There’s even another tab that is for journaling, a way to get thoughts out as part of the healing process… I haven’t yet used yet, but what a great addition to have this option. I can’t believe this app is free. Grab it quickly while you can, because I’m sure they’ll start charging for it soon enough!

First time I saw my adverse childhood events score it made me realize the impact of our past with our health. Highly recommend this to therapists to share with clients and simply for most to be aware in their journey of healing. I love the privacy of it and knowing my data won’t be shared with something so vulnerable.
