Alcura is an alcohol diary built for The Sinclair Method (TSM). It helps you log what you drink, record when you took your naltrexone relative to your first drink, and see how your consumption changes over the months. Whether you are starting out or years in, the tools stay simple enough to use mid-session.

Alcura Plus The diary, sessions, medication logging and recent history are free. Alcura Plus adds unlimited history, the full set of insights including sleep and savings, and PDF export for your doctor. Monthly and yearly options are available in the app.

Privacy Your diary stays yours. Every drink, session, medication, reason and note lives on your device, and in your own iCloud account if you turn sync on. We never receive it, and it is never sold or shared. The app reports anonymous usage statistics to us, such as installs and which screens are used, so we can tell whether an update broke something. Those statistics never include anything you log.
