BeStill: Screen Time Breaks

BeStill helps you put down your phone and be present with the people and moments that matter most. Whether you want to break free from distractions, spend quality time with friends, or simply slow down and breathe, BeStill makes it easier to be intentional with your time. Inspired by the words, “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10), this app invites you to pause from the noise and reconnect: with God, with others, and with yourself.

How it works: Start a session alone or with friends, set your phone aside, and BeStill will set a timer for one hour where you can't use your phone. Earn streaks, share progress, and celebrate moments of real connection, all while keeping your phone out of sight.
