HavenHare Description

HavenHare is a trauma-informed self-support app designed to help you navigate moments of emotional overwhelm, distress, or shutdown. Who It’s For ~People with DID, OSDD, PTSD, BPD, C-PTSD ~Folks who freeze, dissociate, or spiral under stress ~People who want quiet support without judgment or pressure

User Reviews

I played around with the settings and even if you’re at a 10 and having complete emotional distress, it recommends humming a song or calling a or watching a show. It seems to recommend the same things for everything and these things when somebody’s already at a ten. you can get the same advice and even better advice on Google.
