The four key categories — “Flight,” “Fight,” “Freeze,” and “Fawn” — are revealed in the form of accessible descriptions, explaining how the psyche's defenses can manifest in different situations. Everything is presented in the most understandable and delicate way possible: by tapping on the desired category, the user receives a detailed description of the reaction and the internal processes associated with it.

But that's not all. After all, awareness is only the first step. Next comes working on yourself, and for this, the app provides practical methods for overcoming these issues. In the techniques tab, you can find real tools: breathing practices, short meditations, tips for grounding and managing your emotional background — everything is divided by reaction type so that the user immediately receives the support they need. This is not just theory — these are small steps towards stability, balance, and inner resilience.

Special attention is paid to impulsive moments when emotions are already at their limit. In such moments, the pause timer screen helps: the user chooses their reaction, starts a one-minute countdown, and every 20 seconds receives gentle reminders and supportive phrases. These words are not just a distraction — they give you a chance to stop, catch your breath, and experience the emotion without destroying yourself and your surroundings. If necessary, the timer can be restarted as many times as needed to return to a calm state.
