However, multiple reviews highlight bugs and stability problems, including issues with progressing through workouts and logging results. It is what it says it is, but the features that the team slammed in this app make it worth the price point. It’s not just their books, it’s a great overall app.

The workouts are good and the fact it is all encompassing (workouts, rest, recover) is handy. There are quite a few bugs that are not product breaking but you can tell it’s a new app You cannot change months on the calendar. The arrows don’t work but they are there. Mine is not pulling data from health kit? I use a garmin watch and the information is showing up in health kit, but not in the app It would also be nice to preview the workout in the workout menu without having to start it or go through calendar. Overall very happy and will stick around while the app is further developed

The app is great, however I am stuck on day 1 of the program. I have completed and logged everything but it will not allow me to progress with the next workouts. Also would be helpful to be able to manually input run times rather than having to leave the timer running the whole time.
