This is great for 5x5 beginners like myself. Keeps me on track. Only thing is I wish I could make it play a sound after the timer goes off. Something to alert you to start your next set.

Excellent alternative to stronglifts, actually a better app all around. Love the historical tracking features and the usability of the weight calculator. My only issue is that it occasionally says I don’t have Pro and I have to restart my phone to re-enable it. But I’ve never lost any data or anything, so not a big deal. Would love to see a social/sharing feature added someday so you can track workouts with gym buddies.
