I registered, the collected ton of personal info, scheduled an appointment, but haven’t received any confirmation on email/phone. Could not login back with my credentials, not in the web site nor in the app

I had an okay first appointment with a doctor that asked lots of questions. My wife had one a week later where they said she wasn’t able to be helped by a nurse. She called to set an appointment with the doctor I saw where they said it would take ten days for approval. When waiting for approval she received an email that said she was banned for a year because the nurse said she was unable to be helped. They then still made her pay for an appointment where she didn’t see a doctor and the nurse said she wasn’t able to do anything. I’ve been going to psychiatrists for 20+ years and my partner for 10+ and this was the worst experience I have EVER had. Do not use this app and do not go to Jennifer young-cott, she is extremely lazy, unprofessional and uneducated.

Paired me with a nurse who couldn’t “handle” my meds or needs then cancelled my membership and charged me for the intake. I have to wait at least 1 year before they will consider taking me back. I was not drug seeking I was discriminated against. Do not waste your time and stay far away from Jennifer Young-Cott if you do attempt to risk using this platform
