So I’m not interested in having my inner most thoughts and experiences data mined. I’m looking for the anosolute opposite of artificial intelligence but you app and therapist seem to want to convince me that this is cutting edge. I want a human being not an app and I ceratainly don’t want my thoughts going on some server.

I really like my provider. She has really helped me work through a lot, but I am not big fan of the AI and I would like to at least be able to opt out of it. I don’t want it to pop up at all. That’s really my only problem with it
