In the past whenever I've worked out I have had people tell me what to do and when to do it. I know a little about the benefits of each lift but I stress out over my program. I enjoy the evolution of the work out and am excited to do more with it as I work out longer. The nutrition part is very helpful. I was not tracking my macros very well and this has opened up my eyes to how much I need to eat to create muscle.
