2026-06-18	Gl*****	You're eating the crud out of my battery! I'm loosing 30% in two hours man. It's the only thing running in the background when I turn background app refresh off! No iOS update needed, no deep scans happening, no reason for nonstop background access, turned off and on my phone, no update needed for the app. Just why?!?! Constantly draining, NON STOP! It's like you're the parasite. I was scanned, I have no threats - accept my calendar. Apparently if I don't give full access to my private calendar my phone is not safe or protected and I'm not protected from scams- strange because I enter my own schedule on my calendar. None of your business! There should be an option to include this without a major red headline that my iPhone isn't safe. Last- the VPN sucks guys. Drops whenever regardless of settings. You're just not reliable.

2026-06-06	Ma*****	I purchased protection for my computer when a super suspect pop-up showed up & I reviewed virus scans & protection. I liked that Bitdefender also has VPN options. Unfortunately, I’ve had to remove the program (very painstakingly, I might add) from my computers because it was preventing previously installed programs from running! It isn’t a crazy program it is a LaTeX word processor & compiler, which is imperative to my graduate program presently. This morning, none of my apps would connect to the internet at all, I finally realised I recognised this obnoxious and exceptionally inconvenient behaviour stemming from the stupid VPN blocking EVERYTHING! Freaking ridiculous! Definitely NOT renewing this once the year runs out. I, literally, don’t have time for this garbage! But this program has cost me more time and caused far more stress and anxiety with its nonsensical antics than I can express. Very disappointed
