This app is a mess! You can’t just copy and paste phone numbers to reverse lookup because of the +1 on the phone number. Please fix!

In addition to making customers pay for further protections—something that is their responsibility, anyway—the app doesn’t even work to stop spam calls. I still receive them, and my phone still rings for “potential spam” calls, even with “silence unknown callers” enabled (something that did not happen before I installed this app).
