LiftTrack Elite is focused on simplicity. You pick a lift, adjust your weight, sets, and reps from your last attempt, and track if you succeeded with each set.

When you open LiftTrack Elite, you can see at a glance your most recent attempt and your heaviest successful attempt for each kind of exercise. You can also go in and review past lifts.
