Bloom helps you conquer distractions by requiring an NFC keycard to access distracting apps. Select the apps and sites you want to block, then simply tap your Bloom card to your phone to activate focus mode. Stay productive with a tactile, physical tool that reduces impulsive taps.

Plan your day with schedules, set limits on breaks, and use Strict Mode to prevent deleting the app while focused. If you need a quick exit, Emergency Exits unblock all apps without your card up to three times. Privacy stays on your device, and your screen-time data are never shared.

Our phones are filled with apps engineered to get you to engage with them as much as possible. Bloom lets you block these apps on a daily schedule. I use it to block all nonessential apps every night before bed and my sleep has improved significantly since. Although unblocking your phone is easy (all you need to do is scan the card or use a monthly emergency escape), the extra friction required to open up a distracting app makes it more tempting to put down the phone and go to sleep instead.
