CGI Business Solutions Mobile

CGI Business Solutions Mobile is the mobile app from Alegeus Technologies that provides a single secure access point for participants to manage their consumer‑driven healthcare and tax‑advantaged benefit accounts. It shares user authentication with the CGI online portal, so registered users can download the app and log in to gain immediate mobile access to their benefit accounts without registering a new device.

The initial release includes account balances, claim and receipt submission, recent transaction details, alert viewing, and easy communication with administrators from the app. It also supports stronger authentication (including picture/passphrase, device identification, and challenge questions), profile and dependents views, card management, billing address updates, card replacement, and even paying providers directly from the app. Some features may be restricted by your administrator.
