You can contact the administrator via email or phone, and you use the same Grenz Portal login—no separate mobile registration required—supported by stronger authentication options such as picture/passphrase, device identification, and challenge questions.

Additional capabilities include viewing demographic details, dependents, card details and PINs, funding your HSA from registered external banks, and registering new users directly from the mobile device.
