There is no remember this device so you have to two factor every time you login. This wouldn’t be a big deal except the app times out within a minute of no activity. So if you switch to another app to say look up something, you have to login and two factor again. I think in my most recent session I two factored about 7 times within 30 minutes. It doesn’t help that it won’t populate the code from message on my iPhone either. So you have to open the text each time and remember it. I’m all for security but this is just poorly configured for the user experience, not actually providing more security. I also attempted to change my bank account where funds are deposited and this required 2 factor to do. That area asked to populate the code from the text message, but it then only populated the first digit. This is SO bad like have they even tried using their own app? The functions within the app seem to work fine. A little clunky and not the most modern but it works. I do wish I could attach receipts to the HSA reimbursements. Seems like a core function that’s missing.

Even after deleting and reinstalling, I’m unable to add expenses on the app. It never lets me get past the “get started” page.
