The extension lets users view Benefit Health Account balances and details, see recent transactions, fund their HSA from a linked checking or savings account (where applicable), and review all email alerts. It supports seamless communication with the administrator via email or phone and uses the same username/password as the IAA Benefits Portal, eliminating the need to register a separate mobile account.

Its security features include stronger authentication with options like Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and challenge questions.
