I’ve never written an app review before but I love this app so much. I first downloaded Calm Down in 2019 and I’ve consistently used it since. I have a few anxiety disorders and this is the one thing that I can ALWAYS count on to soothe. I use this app when I’m having a panic attack, when I’m feeling stressed/anxious, if I have trouble falling asleep, before a presentation, or anytime I don’t feel totally myself and need something to ground myself. I am the biggest fan and advocate of this app. Thank you so much for helping me!!
