Region/store restrictions severely limit usability: the app requires Spain region/App Store and Spain Apple ID; travelers or users outside Spain cannot use it, and even the US store can cause it to freeze or be unusable.
NFC/Apple Wallet features are broken or inaccessible: there is no NFC activation option, Apple Wallet keeps popping up, and tapping/validation often fails.
App stability and syncing are poor: frequent startup freezes, crashes when syncing with the T-Mobilitad/TMB apps, and inability to complete transfers or sync results.
Virtual cards and funds reliability issues: virtual cards expire or cannot be transferred to a physical card, leaving funds unusable and prompting refunds or losses.

I see developer excuses replying to every review about technical limitations. I’d invite you to visit Paris or Tokyo. There’s simply no excuse for not offering a modern mobile pass that actually works.

Pèssima implementació, al meu entendre no hauria de fer falta aquesta aplicació. La cartera d’Apple es pot obrir prement dues vegades el botó d’encesa. Encara que he provat de posar una drecera al botó d’acció, el fet d’estar al costat esquerre, almenys per mi es incòmode. He tornat al suport físic.

Despite my entering my US address, the app waited until after charging to announce that it didn’t work with US phones. At this point, I want to move my purchase to my paper card and not convert my Apple ID to Europe (possibly messing up other settings).
