The app offers strong real-time transit data, easy navigation, and multi-modal routing with favorites. However, it suffers from reliability problems (crashes, not loading) and traveler hurdles (card reload/scan failures, payment issues, and regional restrictions). The requirement of an ID or account can deter visitors, and some UX aspects like ticket types and maps are confusing. Ticket purchase from the app is inconsistently available. Overall, excellent transit information when it runs, but major stability and accessibility drawbacks hinder general use.

Recent reviews

Only those with a DNI / NIE identification number can use the app. Very disappointing to find this out after downloading the app, registering for an account, creating a password, verifying my email, and all that. What a waste of my time.
