Useless, just use a kiost. You still need to visit a kiost to get your physical ticket even if you buy and pay through the app.

Ordered a 5 day transportation pass and couldn’t redeem it. App is buggy and it charged my card. Called the main phone number and they couldn’t take care of it over the phone, but instructed me to send a form through the app and they’d get back with me. I walked the entire family to a train station and was trying to use it…we’re stuck. The phone advisor said this would be fast, but when you’re sitting at a train station, it’s not fast. Should have worked from the start. if not, it should have been resolved quickly over the phone. Don’t buy anything through this app. The other part, I can’t cancel the purchase, so I’ll have to go through my credit card company. What a PITA
