Incomplete line coverage (missing newer lines such as L9 Sur and the airport Extension) which limits routing options.
Limited destination input/search capabilities (no address entry, difficulty searching by destination name, and challenges with planning multiple destinations).

Recent reviews

So the app does not properly calculate the most efficient way to get around Barcelona it’s showing suggested routes but does not count for the most efficient routes. We found it made us get out of the metro into the train system, then back into the metro from the airport. It’s like getting directions from someone who is not thinking about timing or efficiency just step 123 on a map old school. Use the app as a Map but make your own decisions re timing and routes. And stay in the Metro system as opposed to the train system where you can.
