I’ve been using Seven for over two years now and it has been awesome. For a “premium” app it treats free users quite nicely. They offer you the first week of a goal for free. Once you create an account, you can access a live workout at the top of every hour. Additionally you can invite friends to unlock a new exercise. Every two months you exercise daily you will unlock a special workout. As a 7Club member you get access to every workout and exercise and continuously unlock additional benefits the longer you stay subscribed.

I have been using the app for 52 weeks straight. I have never missed a week since I started using it and I have never missed the day for all of 2026. I am doing a workout every single day and it is super helpful and it is a quick workout that I can follow along with, and I don’t have to think about it and it goes pretty quick and I can squeeze it into my day every single day. Has helped me significantly to stay on track and stick to working out daily.

This App has a lot of good features and good workouts when I say good for beginners I mean if your just gonna start working out it’s good to tone your body first with calisthenics before you start lifting weight and putting on muscle or at least in my experience. I took a long break from consistently working out and going back and trying to lift what I used to was just too much for me so gave this app a try and I’ve worked out everyday for the past 32 days and lost 6 pounds so far first I was doing 1-2 exercises then I wanted to be at the top of the league so I started doing 3 workouts a day then I got promoted to a higher league so it’s was 4 a day now I’m up to 6 a day in the platinum league this feature is a great motivator I encourage anyone who wants to start working out to give this app a try especially if your not the type to go the gym
