It’s a nice app the exercises are solid the main issue is the bands and entering them and how it keeps track of it

Unless there was something I couldn’t figure out, you won’t be able to do ONE SINGLE WORKOUT without signing up for a trial. Which will auto-renew after 7 days according to their terms. This wasn’t clear to me, again, unless I just can’t read, until I was about to start my workout after (🤯) the app sent me a reminder. Weird that it doesn’t gate setting the workout REMINDER behind the paywall, but it does gate your first workout behind that paywall. Very irritated. It felt very scummy to not find out about the trial requirement until after putting sex, age, weight, height, physical fitness level, goals, workout equipment, etc in.
