Great exercises. Only complaint is it would be nice to adjust the speed of the reps to match my actual speed. Aside from that, great app

Well, I hurt my shoulder again. Doing band workouts like Weller provides allows me the controlled motion and resistance I need to rehab the shoulder safely. I am extremely satisfied with my progress so far, and in part, it’s due to Weller. Plenty of sites have you performing overly complex or just awkward movements to seem unique, but there’s no need for that. Weller sticks to the basics, and that will not only give you a great workout but keep you safe as well.
