Awesome app, super useful for tracking progression and keeping everything in one place, only thing I’d suggest is either adding more exercises to choose from or when we select to create an exercise putting it on the volume-body display when we select which body part it’s working, it would be nice to keep track of the more niche exercises that aren’t included

Tracking progress is a no-brainer for people wanting to adopt fitness for self-improvement. This app is the perfect way to do it without any nonsense. I’m not being pushed any paid fitness plans/videos. Just informative graphics on exercises and straightforward tracking. Love this app!
