Very happy with this app. I like having the workout plan to motivate me to use it consistently. I’d like to see more intermediate and advanced sessions.

The exercises are good, so I will suffer through the horrible watch app and pairing experience. Please fix the watch app so it pairs on the first attempt and reliably records heart rate
