Creality Scan on iOS shows strong portable scanning when it connects, letting users scan wirelessly without a PC and delivering reliable scans; however, widespread connection problems, iOS compatibility gaps, missing camera permissions for QR setup, cross-device transfer issues, and occasional stability crashes dominate user feedback.

Newer app versions require AN ADDITIONAL PRODUCT (Scan Bridge) to work with the scanner I already bought. Absolutely ridiculous money grab from Creality, go suck one.

Very frustrating not to not have this scanner connect to any device attempted to pair with it. Have tried on four separate devices three being iOS one being android. Was only able to have it connect to android once the connecting directly into the phone but still having issues before it began to work. The WiFi from the scanner shows connected through the phones settings, on each device. It does not show in the app it is connected and will not do anything. Extremely disappointed in this product.
