3d Scanner App transforms your iPhone or iPad into a high-precision 3D scanner using LIDAR or TrueDepth. It captures color, geometry, and texture to create full-color 3D models you can explore in AR or share easily via iMessage or AR QuickLook in USDZ format.

Export options cover professional workflows: USDZ, OBJ, GLTF/GLB, DAE, STL, as well as raw point clouds (PTS, PCD, PLY, XYZ, LAS) and DXF floor plans. The app integrates with GIS and photogrammetry tools, supports on-device editing, RoomPlan floor plans, Photo Mode for detailed captures, and on-device sharing to Web. It also pairs with Sweet Home 3D for design workflows and is developed by Laan Labs Consulting.
