I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease 08/2020. In 07/2025 I started RSB. In 11/2025 I started Logic Workout. Parkinson’s had caused me to lose strength and muscle mass. Between my diet and Logic Workout I am slowly regaining my strength and muscle mass. Don’t let the videos fool you. Paul makes the exercises look easy. They are not. Some of the exercises under the easy tab were brutally hard for me. But slowly but surely I am working my way up to the medium tab. I can actually perform some of the exercises at the hard level. What’s great is I can workout at home when time permits. Without question this beats pumping iron at a gym.

I had a lower back pain for months and these workouts removed the pain in 2 sessions. Insane! I like how you can take it at any level while still feeling you are having a good workout.
