2025-03-28	Il*****	Camera just went offline for no known reason. Power-cycled WiFi and ADT router without success. Now the whole system is offline. Downloaded this app and it was useless. Said I needed to schedule an appointment with remote support specialists and gave me a dead link.

2024-12-07	U *****	I had an ADT doorbell that was very intermittent for years. Recently, I found this app and followed it through to the end. It apparently straightened out the conflict between my home WiFi and the ADT WiFi. My only comment is why didn’t they tell me about this when I called?

2024-10-19	Be*****	My cameras are not picking up when someone pulls into my driveway. It shows them leaving but when they pull in, you don’t see them also get alerts that someone is at one of my cameras when I check there’s nobody there. Also picture is very unclear when I looked to see if someone’s in a car or a vehicle pulled into my driveway and I was trying to see what was on the door, the writing on the truck was very blurred. You couldn’t make it out.

2024-09-24	Us*****	I was hoping this app would diagnose and help fix ADT pulse cameras going offline and it does not appear to do that. I suspect the ADT pulse WiFi repeater just is not good enough.

2024-08-17	Ma*****	My doorbells and cameras are not recording when the doorbell button is pressed or there is motion in the ground area. I’ve checked the rules numerous times and there is no logic issues with the rules, which weren’t a problem before. Even then the cameras classified everything as other, even if the object was a person. This app is trying to sell you additional services you may not need. I’ll call customer service to have a technician look at the system.

2023-12-02	bg*****	Why do I need to download an app just to replace a window sensor? The old sensor had an issue where the battery had to be replaced every week. I finally got a replacement sensor from ADT. They missed my first virtual appointment to replace it. When I got it rescheduled and was on the phone the tech said in order to replace it I had to download this app. It is ridiculous I needed to download a FOURTH app for my ADT system. As soon as the call was over I immediately deleted it.
