2026-07-31	Ro*****	I wanted to send money to help a friend in Russia. Here’s the way this transaction played out. I entered 100 USD into the SendNOW App. I was supposed to get a no fee introductory transaction. The interface kept changing currencies as I went through the process. I assumed it was necessary to get past any restrictions. Without my permission or explanation they converted my submission to 100 EUR. This took me over the 100 USD eliminating my “no fee” qualification. They have charged my credit card 122.59 USD. So even though 100 EUR converts to 115.3 USD (the extra 7.29 USD I guess is the fee). However, the SendNOW again converted 100 EUR to RUB. With the current conversion rate, that should have been 9220.33 RUB. The recipient received 7267 RUB. (1953.33 RUB converts to 24.42 USD I guess this is another fee?) So I basically Paid $31.71 in fees to send 122.59 when it was supposed to be 100 USD with no fee as an introduction to their service.

Is it correct that he must send a smaller amount first, and then can send more money later on? I ask because he tried to send money to me, yet it was more than the recommended amount as a first time transfer. Is it true that he needs to send a smaller amount first (around $25) before sending more? Because the transfer is being blocked each time. I first purchase crypto from a reliable company—I use Binance. Next step: fill out my recipient info on SendNOW app, copy the Wallet address of SendNOW, and paste it into Binance. Specify the amount of money (USDT Tether crypto in my case) that I want to transfer. I have only ever used USDT Tether, which is similar to US dollars). The funds immediately transfer from Binance into SendNOW; after a brief process processing period —10 to 15 minutes— the money is received by my recipient on her card in Russian rubles!! SendNOW is also transparent with exactly what the transaction will cost. I specify the amount money I wish to send — at least $2506 to get the best rate —and SendNOW will quote exactly how many rubles my recipient will receive, before the transaction even takes place. SendNOW customer support has been superb. I am so grateful.
