Very frustrating. If a problem occurred , you probably will not get your money back. Very frustrating customer services. You wait hours and hours with no response. I am dealing with them for almost 2 months for a failed transactions and we have never reach a feedback so far. We will escalate this fraud to protect others from what happened with us. Not recommended at all

I understand the need for security, but my experience was frustrating. I had to complete identity verification twice after adding a new card that is under my own name. The verification process took longer than expected, and there was no clear update on whether I was approved or how long it would take. Since I was trying to send money for a family emergency, the delay was very stressful. I hope the verification process can be made faster and that customers receive better communication about the status of their review.
