Recent reviews

I wanted to send money to help a friend in Russia. Here’s the way this transaction played out. I entered 100 USD into the SendNOW App. I was supposed to get a no fee introductory transaction. The interface kept changing currencies as I went through the process. I assumed it was necessary to get past any restrictions. Without my permission or explanation they converted my submission to 100 EUR. This took me over the 100 USD eliminating my “no fee” qualification. They have charged my credit card 122.59 USD. So even though 100 EUR converts to 115.3 USD (the extra 7.29 USD I guess is the fee). However, the SendNOW again converted 100 EUR to RUB. With the current conversion rate, that should have been 9220.33 RUB. The recipient received 7267 RUB. (1953.33 RUB converts to 24.42 USD I guess this is another fee?) So I basically Paid $31.71 in fees to send 122.59 when it was supposed to be 100 USD with no fee as an introduction to their service.
