My money has been on processing for almost a week now. I tried to cancel the transaction but can’t, my money is just being kept by this app, please refund me since you won’t process the transaction, no way to reach out to customer care support. Edit, I got a refund, customer service responded by email and I got my refund, thank you. I increased to 3 stars
