Though several reviewers have previously mentioned the issue regarding scheduling future payments from within the app, the problem persists. This should be a rather trivial fix but Washington Gas does not appear to be overly concerned nor motivated to resolve it. It remains a source of frustration.

COMPANIES ALWAYS SAY USE THEIR APPS!! THE REVIEWS ARE BAD!! MY RECENT BILLS FROM WGAS AND DOMINION WERE HIGH!! THEY SAID THEY CALLED, BUT I HAD LANDLINE UNPLUGGED!! SOMETIMES LEFTIST RELATIVES GET ON MY LAST NERVES!! PROMOTING EVIL AND SIN!! INCREASE HAPPENED AFTER LANDLORD AND HIS SPANISH CONTRACTOR SHOWED UP!! I AM NOT PAYING IF "AI" DEMONIC PLANTS ARE THE CAUSE!! DEVILS CREATE TRASH TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK AND CRAZY!!! SINCE TRUMP CAME IN, DAMN COPTERS AND TRAINS GET ON NERVES DAYS AND NIGHTS!! IF YOU MOVE TO APARTMENTS, DO NOT LIVE ON A LOWER FLOOR!!!
