Cons

The app crashes or won’t open, especially after updates.
The app is very slow and can be unresponsive or takes a long time to load, including when paying bills.
Adding or updating payment methods is difficult; required fields (e.g., card expiration date, bank name) are hard to complete.
Login or account access problems; you cannot log in or you get kicked out when viewing service/bill history.
The user interface looks old and outdated, and the experience is not friendly for aging users.

why can’t i pay my bill online? i call every month trying to rectify this situation, no one does anything. i’ve put several legitimate pay methods for for online payment, still have to pay in person with cash. it’s inconvenient and absurd. who is responsible for this lol????
