However, several recurring issues reduce satisfaction: login/authentication problems (including Apple autofill), device-specific UI glitches (notably on iPad and portrait-only layouts with unreadable elements or broken messaging), a flow that sends you to the website for payment, and concerns about high gas costs. Printing or saving bill PDFs is also limited. Cross-device reliability and auth improvements would boost overall rating.
