Created by a neuroscientist in the field of OCD research, Obsessed reflects how the brain actually learns in response to uncertainty… not how we wish it did.

The approach is structured into four phases – Learn, Prepare, Desensitize, and Feel Great – with 730+ curated audio sessions. Each stage is designed to help reduce reactivity, build tolerance for discomfort, and support the brain's natural capacity to shift towards calm.

If you've spent years trying to calm anxiety with logic or reassurance, only to find it looping back – you’re perfectly normal. The mind does what it thinks is protective, but this backfires.

Obsessed is a self-guided, supportive digital resource. It doesn’t diagnose or formally treat OCD or any other condition, and is not a substitute for therapy/clinical care.
