2025-04-01	Ja*****	I started using this app for my PCOS condition. The design and content is super generic and not personalised at all. It is rather to promote the content of Caitlin Johnson than to provide advice for people suffering from this condition. I would not recommend losing your time with this app. The recipes suggested do not justify 100$ per year.

2023-08-16	Ca*****	I get so confused with PCOS advice and this app has changed that for me. All the content is so clear and always has actionable help. I’ve made very recipe in the app and love it! I can’t wait for the new one each week. I recommend this to all my PCOS friends.
