I’ve had the app for about a week now . I am still learning to navigate the app but I am finding it very easy to use. I bought the app mostly for the slow weighted workouts because to my knowledge no one else has workouts like this specifically for women who have PCOS. I am loving the workouts and I am confident that I will see results like never before. I also decided to in addition to already going gluten free to try to go diary free for 30 days. The information is very informative and science based that Tallene shares. I feel like her and her husband actually really care about the many women that they are helping and changing lives. I bought the year subscription so I look forward to using the apps functions and recipes. So far I love it and find it easy to use . The only thing that is a bummer is that the workouts don’t work to put them on my tv . But that so far is the only bummer and my husband thinks he can fix it .

This app has been helpful in me keeping track of things I'm doing to help my PMOS, and has great recipes that I know are good for me and my body and aren't making my PMOS worse.
