This company will not issue a refund unless (the only reason) is it is not working for you after 14 days, but before 40 days after your purchase or automatic renewal. They will cancel your plan for you, but not issue you a refund.

Do not get it, do not download

I tried this app for a couple days and canceled right away. They are still trying to take out money from my account every single day. I have emailed their Support email eight times and I get the same generic robot response. This company and this app is a joke. I legitimately cannot get a hold of anybody.
