Users value the diary and food lookup, and note ongoing maintenance, but face reliability issues (data loss), navigation and content gaps (US items, search), scarce recipes, and questions about the app’s value for money.

Pros

Diary is a useful feature for tracking symptoms and meals.

Ongoing updates and bug fixes from the developer team.
The data/resources can serve as a starting point for the FODMAP journey.

Cons

Diary data loss after updates with no easy recovery.
Clunky search/navigation and incomplete/unclear food list, with limited US content.
Not worth the cost for many users; refunds can be problematic.
Limited or problematic recipes; app freezes when viewing recipes; hard to add items to the diary from search.

They changed the privacy policy for US and it’s not very functional/applicable for US. I do not recommend. Very disappointing

I wish they’d offer a free trial first so I could see that this is not a terribly user friendly app. Common words don’t come up by typing a few letters and you have to type the entire thing or it’s showing you random items unrelated to what you’re searching. I’d love a refund. I won’t be using this.
