Recent reviews

This has to be the worst process I’ve ever been through in my entire life. An event that took me less than 3-5 minutes on every other app I’ve been on today has so far taken me 45 minutes on Michaels. And I’m not even done. I had to take a break out of frustration. Are you kidding me with this? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I don’t have multiple accounts. I have one. I only want to change my email address. Simple. I can sign in on the website, just not the app. I guess I don’t need it.

The app could be useful if the promos actually applied correctly. No point in coupons if they don’t work, or apply to virtually no items in the store. Or if the chat remembered your session so that if you have to switch apps for 2 seconds and you get kicked, you don’t lose your chat. Suffice it to say my last session, which should have ended in me placing a decent sized order, ended with me not being able to order anything.
