Recent reviews

This app is extremely problematic. Layout is confusing and not user friendly. When even the Michaels employees tell you how much they hate the app, that's a problem! I have given up on trying to sign into my Michaels account, because every time I try to reset my password the reset email never shows up. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I haven't had any problems with crashing.
