Recent reviews

I have to say that the app has made progress over the last year or so. I used to get frustrated with Martin’s Ad coupons not working but recently they seem to be working well along with Digital Coupons. I used to almost always find an issue when I checked my receipt and now prices are almost always correct! The only criticism I have at this time is that Produce Dept. quality seems to have dropped while prices have significantly increased. Just a quick example is peppers (both green, red, yellow & orange) The price is up but the size is much smaller especially the green and red peppers. One other item is asparagus. Often the asparagus is so narrow it’s shameful! Even during the season it regularly ran extremely thin! It’s bad when Walmart has nicer looking asparagus and items. That used to never happen! There are several other items that have the same issues. Martin’s/Giant Produce used to be excellent but has slipped to slightly above average. This isn’t just one store. I regularly shop in Waynesboro, Gettysburg & Linglestown and these issues are not just in one store. I worked and retired from the Grocery business so I have a solid understanding of the business. I like Giant and am just trying to give you honest feedback. Thank you Rich Boyd
