Frequent login/authentication failures and timeouts (can't log in, password reset issues, etc.).
Persistent app instability: slow loading, crashes, black screens, and generic errors.
Missing prescription history/timeline and no view of submitted or in-progress scripts after updates.
Post-update regressions that degrade functionality and user experience.
Payment feature introduction causes issues and adds unnecessary complexity.

Recent reviews

I have never met an app so frustrating. Half the time you can’t login because it forgets you ever existed. So you go to reset the password you put the new password in and it just sits there and times out or it tells you that this email is already in use. So you can’t login when you need to to look at your prescriptions and your families so you have to go in and wait in line to figure out what’s going on. It’s 2025! Make the app work! You have the money. Also, the postive reviews on this app are from people REVIEWING THE ACTUAL PHARMACY NOT THE APP! 😑

Martins has been my Pharmacy for 20 years and never a problem. Always ready to answer any questions I may have and promptly fill all my prescriptions. 👍
